Welcome to DEAP

Welcome to the home of Darren Eger Applied Psychology DEAP. My practice is primarily based in Melbourne however, our organisational consultancy has taken me throughout Australia and South East Asia. We offer both Clinical Psychology and Organisational Psychological services whilst drawing on a strong background in Forensic Psychology (not a current focus of the practice). This diverse background has produced a unique service that has a focus firmly in applied psychological practice. The best way to find out more is to get in touch and explore how I might be of assistance to your or your organisation.

COVID-19 Update 11/8/2020

I understand that the community is experiencing heightened levels of concern and that some may require additional support during these trying times. Due to the introduction of STAGE 4 restrictions, the practice is currently not seeing clients face to face in accordance with current state health guidelines.

To support these measures, the Federal Government has announced support for Telehealth as a preferred service method for the time being. I strongly endorse the #stayathome message and have moved most of my clients to the use of Telehealth as a preferred way to provide assistance. I encourage you to call me to discuss how this might work for you and any concerns you may have. For many of you , familiarity with various forms of video calls has become very familiar. However, if you are still unsure, please call 0395020025 (don't forget to leave a clear message with a return phone number if prompted).

I will post more details as they come to hand. For now, please stay home if you can and do what you can for those around you. Now is a good time to contact someone you haven't heard from for a while and just say "G'day".
